This picnic area is set in a beautiful valley with towering peaks visible on all sides. While picnicking, pull out your spotting scope and look for mountain goats on the cliffs of the mountains to the east. There are 7 tables positioned alongside the creek, one that is wheelchair accessible via a boardwalk that also takes you to the creek's edge. A restroom is available. This picnic area is not well shaded.
